A leading pharmaceutical company in León seeks a Head of EHS&S to lead environmental health and safety strategies across multiple manufacturing sites. The role requires over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry and fluency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include implementing EHS policies, reducing incidents, and fostering a strong safety culture. The position may require travel to various sites in Spain and internationally.

General Responsibility
Lead and oversee the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS&S) strategy and operations across INSUD PHARMA’s Pharma Fineshed Dosage Form (FDF) manufacturing sites (12 sites), ensuring compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
