A leading aerospace company in Getafe is looking for a professional to manage the Customer Orderbook and oversee Spares and Repair processes. The role requires strong communication to maintain customer satisfaction and a solid engineering background. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Experience with Airbus Internship programs is advantageous. The position offers a permanent employment contract.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing the Customer Orderbook and performance for Spares and Repair processes within the scope of EF contracts.
Monitor OD KPIs and conduct in-depth analysis to improve overall organizational performance.
Identify potential risks, inform n+1, and ensure mitigation actions are implemented among operational teams.
Act as the focal point for customer escalations and prioritization, ensuring clear communication of priorities to operational teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
Lead internal and external customer meetings to ensure alignment with OD team activities.
Provide clear and reliable orderbook status reports for various campaigns.
Follow the Order Desk Communication Manual.
Support process definition to optimize OD performance.
Assist in the implementation of GODN (Global Ordering Desk Network) and monitor local teams under customer scope.
Participate in internal EF Materials meetings and coordinate operational issues related to customers.
Serve as the OD main focal point in Customer Programs Meetings and ensure the completion of OD actions.
Engineering profile required.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience with Airbus Internship programs is a plus.
