Our client, a fast-growing, 8-figure DTC pet products company, is looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed marketer to lead paid acquisition and drive measurable growth.

Our client is a multi-brand, subscription-based pet company selling across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok Shop. With a loyal customer base and strong recurring revenue, they’ve built a lean, high-impact team that’s scaling fast and now they’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take things to the next level.
The Growth Marketing Expert willreport directly to the CEO and own acquisition strategy and execution across all paid channels, with a sharp focus on PPC performance, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize paid media (Meta & Google are top priority; TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart, and Chewy are strong pluses).
Design, launch, and iterate data-driven campaigns with clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, CVR).
Email marketing for conversion: set up and optimize flows to capture non-converters and re-engage traffic.
Monitor results daily/weekly/monthly, parsing data and pulling actionable insights.
Test constantly: ads, targeting, creatives, funnels, landing pages, offers.
Partner with agencies, holding them accountable for performance and results.
Collaborate with creative, product, and retention teams to align performance goals.
4–6+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Meta + Google a must; TikTok/Amazon a plus).
Strong analytical mindset: you live in spreadsheets and dashboards, making decisions by numbers.
Track record of improving ROAS and lowering CAC through structured testing.
Experience with email flows (Klaviyo or similar) as part of the acquisition funnel.
Comfortable using GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, and platform ad managers.
Proven ability to manage and challenge agencies.
Background in DTC/e-commerce; subscription or pet brands a plus.
Self-starter, curious, and highly motivated by performance metrics.
High-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO.
