A pioneering mobility company in Barcelona is seeking an E-commerce Growth Manager to establish and run its direct-to-consumer sales operations. This role offers the chance to build the e-commerce framework from the ground up, work alongside executive leadership, and have a significant impact on launching a premium mobility brand. Our client is redefining the EV two-wheeler landscape with Light Utility Vehicles (LUVs): a new category that combines everyday cargo capacity, customizability, and design excellence. The focus is not limited to existing moped or motorcycle riders – the ambition is to expand the market to urban professionals, families, and businesses who value practicality without compromise.
This is a rare opportunity to build an entire marketing operation from scratch. From setting up the tech stack and growth engine to shaping how the first customers are reached, this role will contribute directly to launching a new vehicle category and transforming urban mobility.
By 2030, the company targets 80,000+ vehicles on the road and €360M+ in revenue.
As the first E-commerce Growth Manager — and the first hire beyond the executive team — this person will build and run the direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales engine from zero. Over time, the role can evolve into Head of DTC, with the opportunity to recruit and shape a dedicated team as the organization scales.
This is a 0→1 role: the selected candidate will set up everything from scratch, including the e-commerce platform, growth stack, performance marketing, CRM, and analytics. Working closely with the CCO and CEO, they will help define product–market fit, attract the first customers, and establish the playbook for scaling across Europe.
