Position: Live Expert

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct product demonstrations via video calls
  • Boost sales and market share through interactions
  • Improve conversion rates from queries to purchases
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide efficient and confident responses to inquiries
  • Maintain expert product knowledge
  • Handle inventory management
  • Stay updated with training
  • Offer market insights and feedback
  • Engage in video presentations, scriptwriting, and translations
  • Create and deliver training content
  • Provide support to the call center and assist with other tasks, including potential out-of-hours work.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/fluent in Dutch (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service / sales roles
  • Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
  • Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
