Responsibilities
  • Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.
Requirements
  • C2 level of Dutch and advanced English.
  • Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
  • Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
  • Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher).

Benefits / Schedule
  • 38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
  • Shifts: Afternoon (16:00-00:00) and Night (00:00-08:00)
