What will you do?

• Lead the production and purification of enzymes in GMP-like quality environments, optimizing and scaling processes from start to finish.
• Manage projects and teams, reporting directly to senior management.
• Work closely with R&D and production, ensuring every protein batch meets the highest standards.
• Drive continuous improvement as we expand and modernize our operations.

Who are you?

• Degree or Master\'s in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
• PhD in Molecular Biology or similar is a strong plus.
• Deep experience in protein over-expression and purification, process scale-up, and working under quality management systems (ISO 9001 required, GMP a bonus).
• Team leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and a passion for applied biotechnology.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
