Digital Marketing Ads Specialist German Market (Barcelona)

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid World Trade Center)

Contract: Full-time, 39h / week

Salary: 24.310 + up to 4.290 gross / year in bonus

Join our dynamic team at TP in vibrant Barcelona and play a key role in a cutting-edge Digital Marketing Ads project a game-changing tool that empowers businesses to thrive online.

We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies—the unicorns of tomorrow—while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.

What Youll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
  • Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
  • Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
  • Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

Requirements
  • Education: BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales and / or marketing, with strong client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
