A leading digital content firm in Barcelona is seeking a Performance Video Editor to create engaging short-form video ads and UGC-style content. The ideal candidate will transform scripts into compelling videos, collaborate with teams, and ensure consistency across brands. Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. This role offers a salary of 1,400–2,500 EUR per month before taxes.

Job Description
  • Create engaging short-form video ads and UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms.
  • Transform scripts, ideas, or rough footage into compelling video content.
  • Design and edit visual ads that drive performance across Meta and other paid channels.
  • Ensure visual consistency across various brands while staying creative with styles and formats.
  • Collaborate with performance creatives and designers to bring data-driven ideas to life.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understand what makes content convert, and be comfortable working with basic performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
  • Be skilled in video editing tools : Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Have experience creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads.
  • Be comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics, or animation snippets.
  • Be familiar with Photoshop and Figma for visual and ad asset support.
  • Embrace feedback, experiment with new formats, and stay up to date with creative trends.
Benefits

The monthly salary is between 1,400–2,500 EUR before taxes, paid 12 times per year.

All interviews will be conducted in English.

The job location is in Barcelona, Spain.
