Programmatic Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities. The successful candidate will have experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and BI tools, and will be able to analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, engineering, business, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising. Strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, DV360, Xandr, and other major DSPs and ad servers is essential.

  • Campaign Setup and Management : Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on multiple DSP platforms, ensuring timely and accurate campaign activation and implementation in accordance with client objectives.
  • Daily Campaign Performance Monitoring : Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and delivery, and adjust as needed to ensure optimal campaign results.
  • Data Analysis : Review data in the reporting and data analysis tool to ensure compliance with campaign objectives and assigned KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with sales, planning, creative, and client teams to ensure aligned execution and support of campaign goals.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in areas of traffic and activation of digital campaigns in advertising agencies or AdTech companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools, Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Intermediate to advanced English level for global coordination.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Certifications in DSPs or Google Marketing Platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
