Database Architect - Clickhouse & PostgreSQL (Security & Defence) relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE. Compensation: Up to 35k AED per month (Approx €100K per year TAX FREE!). Location: Abu Dhabi, on-site (relocation package details below).

Our client is a software company, focussed on developing new and specialised solutions for Government, Defence, Smart Cities, Security, and more. In this role, you will design and optimise PostgreSQL and Clickhouse on‑premise databases, working with real‑time data in a high performance computing (HPC) environment. We’re looking for genuinely passionate Database Engineers, who have experience in optimising and architecting on‑premise Clickhouse and PostgreSQL databases. This role is an individual contributor position, with scope to grow into team leadership as the division expands.

Required Experience

• 8+ years experience as a Database Administrator (DBA)
• Experience architecting and optimising real‑time data solutions
• Expertise in Clickhouse and PostgreSQL

Beneficial

• Any industry experience with Security or Defence, and leading a team
