Data & IT / OT Engineer

Overview

Data & IT / OT Engineer will principally take care of data value chain management of Basquevolt, becoming a key player in transforming data into a scaling project. This hybrid role will also integrate IT / OT infrastructure, managing internal and subcontracted resources. Data & IT / OT Engineer will work in a role that merges technical excellence with business outcomes.

Main functions & Technical requirements

• Data Strategy & Value Chain (main responsibility)
• Lead company data new projects and maintenance of data pipelines and architectures.
• Lead full data lifecycle: acquisition, ingestion, storage, processing, analysis, and visualization
• Lead-support dashboards activities.
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and compliance.

IT / OT

• Manage internal and subcontracted resources.
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
• Lead infrastructure and cloud engineering.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365.
• Lead maintenance and security on-prem and industrial (OT) infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity and compliance projects implemented by both internal and external resources.
