Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Spain region.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high-performing data center management teams.
• Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies.
• Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities.
• Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
