About the Role

Looking for an opportunity to use your analytical and problem-solving skills as part of a growing multinational team in Madrid? We are seeking someone eager for a new challenge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting some of the finance industry’s most prestigious institutions.

This role offers valuable exposure to our flagship products, a financial tool used globally by some of the world’s largest investment managers. Every day presents different challenges, and you will handle a variety of queries ranging from intricate functionality questions to financial data interpretation. If you can multi-task and stay composed under pressure, you might be the perfect fit.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of client’s business requirements, technical platform, organization, priorities, and champion new enhanced technology services on behalf of the client.
  • Partner with the Production Management team to ensure clients receive support levels aligned with their expectations and contractual commitments on Morningstar's data feeds, Components API, and Morningstar Publishing System for document production.
  • Become a product specialist, providing expertise on our methodologies, functionalities, and product features.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technology and data content-related issues, ensuring timely action by relevant teams.
  • Manage client enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed and key Subject Matter Experts are engaged.
  • Lead and own the resolution of all client inquiries/problems through interaction with clients, product partners, operations, and staff in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English plus French or German.
  • Solid understanding of the financial industry and financial services.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Project management is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira systems and Salesforce is advantageous.
