JR Spain busca un(a) Customer Success Specialist para unirse a su equipo de Trading. Este rol implica guiar a los clientes durante el proceso de incorporación y desarrollar relaciones sólidas para asegurar que obtengan el máximo valor de los productos. Se requieren habilidades de comunicación fuertes en inglés y experiencia con equipos de trading eléctrico.

Formación

• Experiencia trabajando con equipos de trading eléctrico.
• Capacidad para construir y mantener sólidas relaciones con los clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar retroalimentación a los equipos de Producto basado en solicitudes de clientes.
• Guiar a los clientes durante el proceso de incorporación y maximizar el valor derivado de los productos de Isotrol.
• Actuar como asesor experto, maximizando la adopción y retención.

The Position:

We seek a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.
• Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
• Collect and relay user feedback for product development.
• Identify new opportunities for product extension in collaboration with sales teams.
• Analyze product usage, identify actions, and communicate satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.
• Possess extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) and/or other languages.
• Experience working with electrical trading teams.

• Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1st to August 31st.
