Position : Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch)

Remuneration : Base salary plus bonus potential of 3,000 EUR per year
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
- Focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed customers
- Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
- Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
- Drive profitability and customer growth
- Make outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
- Ask the right questions to identify customer needs
- Demonstrate advanced sales skills to initiate contact with prospects, profile, cross-sell, up-sell, and close sales over the phone
- Create and maintain a sales funnel
- Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline activities
- Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues when necessary
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams for follow-up
- Respond promptly and resolve customer inquiries and requests
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals ensuring they are sound both technically and commercially
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native or fluent in Dutch (written and oral) and proficient in English
- Strong communication skills
- Solid sales background in an outbound environment
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset
- Good computer skills
- At least 1 year of previous B2B sales experience
- Experience working with channel partners is a plus
- Motivated self-starter
- Adherence to company security policies
