Position : Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch)

Location : Barcelona, Spain

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary plus bonus potential of 3,000 EUR per year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed customers
  • Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
  • Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
  • Drive profitability and customer growth
  • Make outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
  • Ask the right questions to identify customer needs
  • Demonstrate advanced sales skills to initiate contact with prospects, profile, cross-sell, up-sell, and close sales over the phone
  • Create and maintain a sales funnel
  • Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline activities
  • Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues when necessary
  • Communicate client feedback to relevant teams for follow-up
  • Respond promptly and resolve customer inquiries and requests
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals ensuring they are sound both technically and commercially
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Native or fluent in Dutch (written and oral) and proficient in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid sales background in an outbound environment
  • Achievement and goal-oriented mindset
  • Good computer skills
  • At least 1 year of previous B2B sales experience
  • Experience working with channel partners is a plus
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Adherence to company security policies
