Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and professional assistance to business clients via multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Support customers with account-related inquiries, including verifying identity and confirming account details.
  • Follow regulatory requirements and internal protocols as specified by the client.
  • Diagnose problems and provide effective, customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and exchange best practices.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1-C2) both spoken and written; fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Minimum education: High School diploma.
  • At least one year of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stable and consistent employment history.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team attitude.
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and precision when managing customer information.
  • Familiarity with automated customer support software and platforms is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive in delivering customer service.
  • Experience in sectors like retail, banking, or general customer support is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules.
