Overview

Are you a native or bilingual French speaker with advanced English skills ? Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support? If so, we want you to join our team and make an impact at a leading company in the sound equipment industry!

What do we offer

• Competitive salary of 20.400 € gross / year.
• Full-time 4 -month contract with 39 hours / week .
• Working hours from Monday to Sunday from 10a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternate weekends. Weekends only until 5 : 30 p.m.
• Training within contract. We start on October 6th .
• On-site work at our hub located on Los Remedios zone with later possibility of work at home.

Qualifications

• Language Skills : French (native or bilingual) and English (advanced level, B2-C1).
• Passion for Customer Service : A genuine interest in helping others and resolving potential customer issues.
• Your experience in customer service and knowledge of sound equipment are highly valuable.
• Residence in the Seville area or willing to relocate .
