A leading customer service firm in Spain is seeking a Danish-speaking teleoperator to provide customer support for electronic device insurance. The role is fully remote with a temporary 4-month contract that may lead to longer-term employment. Candidates should have bilingual Danish skills, advanced English, and experience in customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of 22,000 euros gross per year and 39 hours of work per week.

Location: Work@Home, Spain, ES

Join Us

We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual DANISH who speaks English (B2 level).

Your mission will be to receive calls and to provide support to a company specialized inguarantees and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage against possible incidents that customers may have.

What do we offer?

  • Position in 100% remote mode (with the possibility of working in person at our offices in Seville if you live in the area) with contract from the first day of training.
  • Salary of 22,000 euros gross per year.
  • Temporary 4-month contract with real possibilities of continuity.
  • 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
  • Work schedule (monday to friday 9:00h - 17:00h).

What do we need?

  • Native or bilingual level of DANISH.
  • Advanced level of English (B2 minimum required).
  • Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
  • Ability to adapt to the client.
  • Residence in any area of mainland Spain.
