Location :

Come and join us in Barcelona. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator who will support us with our systems and processes in FREENOW’s Finance department.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to work from our office twice per week.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE :

• Maintaining and updating Master Data in the Finance ERP system (Business Central)
• Supporting and developing solutions for our accountants to translate accounting requirements into the best possible solution in Business Central
• Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
• Supporting roll-out projects to new subsidiaries
• Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
• Supporting the audit and monthly group reporting from a system point of view as well as the dunning team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :

• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or business administration / accounting; a combination of both is advantageous
• You have at least 2 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, ideally in an international tech company
• You have a profound knowledge of accounting
• You have an analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills, and are able to manage several tasks at the same time
• You have a proven track record in successful IT-related project management
• You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead stand-up meetings; good communication skills are essential
• Development and debugging knowledge will be considered an advantage
