An international lighting company located in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills to assist customers. Responsibilities include managing customer communications and orders, and assisting with various inquiries related to our lighting products. The role offers a salary of EUR 20,500 per year with bonuses for language skills and a hybrid work model after 6 months.

Formación

  • Previous experience as a customer service representative.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Do you speak Dutch and English? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.

What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.

You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.

Qualifications / What you bring

We are looking for you, because you...

  • are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;
  • have prior experience as a customer service representative;
  • are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;
  • are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in any other additional language of the list of additional languages below;
  • handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;
  • are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
  • have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!

Working schedule

For fulltime employment, 40 hours a week, you will be working 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday from 08:00 - 17:00 // 09:00 - 18:00 (one free hour). Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working on Sundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days! Working on Sundays or National Holidays are always voluntarily.

Our head office is based in the Netherlands but with a growing customer base we've expanded our offices to Barcelona (Spain) and to Kraków (Poland). Our company is a part of a bigger group of lamplovers: LUQOM Group. Together with them we manage all of our customer service queries mostly in Barcelona and Kraków.
