Position Summary

We are seeking a Creative Performance Specialist to drive the growth and success of TikTok advertising campaigns. In this hands‑on role, you will research trends, manage UGC creators, develop and test creative ad concepts, and work closely with media buyers to optimize performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive person who loves working in a fast‑paced environment. What matters most is your ability to spot what makes content perform, write clear briefs, and continuously iterate to improve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research TikTok trends, formats, and viral mechanics (stay on top of daily TikTok trends, audio, formats, and creator content).
  • Manage UGC creator briefing & coordination (find and vet UGC creators, write creative briefs, and provide feedback to ensure high‑quality content).
  • Develop and iterate on ad concepts (create direct‑response and storytelling scripts, visuals, and variations; adapt organic formats into paid ads).
  • Analyze creative performance and optimize (identify creative fatigue, performance drop‑offs, and winning structures; refine concepts accordingly).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (work with media buyers and other team members to align on insights and reuse top‑performing TikToks across platforms).
  • Maintain a creative testing pipeline (plan weekly tests, tag creatives, and monitor results to continuously improve campaigns).
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in media agencies (1 year acceptable with strong relevant creative performance work).
  • Strong expertise and passion for TikTok and its creator ecosystem.
  • Hands‑on experience working with UGC creators or influencers.
  • Ability to write clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CVR).
  • Creative, resourceful, and data‑driven mindset.
