Una plataforma de MarTech está buscando un Country Manager para España, responsable del crecimiento y desarrollo del negocio en el país. El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia senior en liderazgo comercial y desarrollo de negocios dentro del sector FMCG. Se ofrece un rol de nivel director con acceso directo a los fundadores y un paquete de compensación competitivo. Esta posición es remota dentro de España, con flexibilidad para trabajar desde casa y viajar para reuniones clave.

Formación

  • Experiencia senior en Desarrollo de Negocios, Liderazgo Comercial o Gestión de País dentro de estrategias de FMCG.
  • Fuerte comprensión de la dinámica del mercado FMCG y los procesos de toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad comprobada para cerrar acuerdos comerciales complejos de alto valor.

  • Ser el propietario del negocio de BrandLink en España.
  • Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades comerciales en varios sectores FMCG.
  • Gestionar la previsión de ventas y la presentación de informes de rendimiento.

After successfully launching programs with international FMCG brands, BrandLink is now expanding its presence in Spain with a clear ambition to scale across Southern Europe.

Role Description The

Country Manager – Spain (Southern Europe Growth)

is a senior, director-level role with full ownership of the Spanish market and a clear growth path toward leading

Southern Europe (Portugal, Italy, France)

This role combines

commercial leadership, business development, market strategy, and execution

  • You will act as the country owner for Spain, working closely with the founders and product team to scale BrandLink’s commercial presence and shape the regional growth strategy.

Work format: This role is

remote-friendly within Spain

, with flexibility to work remotely and periodic travel for client meetings, industry events, and key business activities. Occasional presence in Málaga or other key locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop BrandLink’s business in Spain, including market strategy, revenue growth, and partnerships

Identify and execute commercial opportunities across FMCG sectors (food, beverages, beauty, household, pharma, alcohol)

Lead senior-level negotiations with FMCG brands, agencies, and distributors

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital, Innovation)

Define and execute go-to-market strategy together with founders

Work closely with the product team to localize and adapt solutions to market needs

Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Over time, build and lead a local commercial team

Requirements

Senior experience in

Business Development, Commercial Leadership, or Country Management

within FMCG, Trade Marketing, Digital xcskxlj / MarTech, Loyalty, or Agencies

Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and decision-making processes

Proven ability to close complex, high-value commercial deals

Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Spanish (native or fluent) and strong English

Based in Spain

and available for periodic travel
