Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en un bufete de abogados y en una empresa multinacional.
• Fluidez en español e inglés, francés o alemán es un plus.

Do you want to be part of this adventure?

We are currently looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor.

You will provide legal advice to the organization on matters related to law in his/her specific fields of responsibility as per the organizational chart of the Legal Department including, among others, the following: secretarial and corporate governance, commercial and business contracts (e.g. distribution, agency, franchise, general sales conditions) and facilities and service contracts (procurement and IT solutions), ecommerce/digital and consumers law, personal data and/or other general corporate legal matters.

In more detail, your role will entail…

1. Person in charge of the legal corporate area within the Legal Department and thus direct report to the Head of Legal of the organisation.
2. Review, draft and negotiate all legal contracts, internal policies and documents under the legal corporate area from a cross and international perspective.
3. Manage daily legal-corporate issues related to Desigual's subsidiaries/companies around the world to ensure compliance with local corporate requirements.
4. Manage daily legal issues to ensure Desigual compliance with specific legal fields including, but not limited to, the following: antitrust matters (competition and distribution restrictions), personal data protection, ecommerce/digital and consumers sales protection and compliance.
5. Manage and follow-up claims to and/or from third parties as well as inspections from public authorities. Monitoring external advisors on judicial claims and/or inspections.
6. Coordinate and interact with other Areas/Departments within the organization.
7. Provide legal advice to other Areas and Departments and coordinate and interact with them internal queries and special cross projects.
8. Execute and implement projects for the improvement and growth of the Legal Area and the processes and interaction with other Areas/Departments within the organization.
9. Carry out administrative tasks related to the nature of the role as required, including coordination with external advisors and service providers and budgeting.

You are the person we are looking for if you have…

1. Bachelor’s Degree or similar in Law in a reputable college.
2. Master’s Degree or equivalent on international Business Law. LLM is a plus.
3. At least, 5 years’ experience both in a reputable Spanish law firm and in a multinational company. Experience in a multinational retail fashion company will be highly valued.
4. Knowledge of the retail fashion industry is highly desirable.
5. Fluent in Spanish and English. French, German or Italian is a plus.
