Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of store openings, refurbishments, and logistics facilities.
• Oversee contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure projects meet design, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Review technical plans and propose optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building permits, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising) to ensure stores reflect brand standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and handover processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in retail, commercial real estate, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, permits, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in fast-track retail projects and high-quality commercial fit-outs is highly valued.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
