Formación

Job Title : Commercial Assistant (English & Spanish Speaker)

Location : Remote / Hybrid Add location if needed

About Us

We are an international company specializing in high-quality dancewear and fashion accessories distributed across Europe and the Middle East. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our international sales operations.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the commercial team with daily sales operations coordination and client communication.
  • Prepare and process client orders from quotation to delivery ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with logistics and accounting.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow‑ups in English and Spanish (by email, phone or chat).
  • Prepare quotations, proformas, invoices and payment links in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Monitor order status, update tracking details and ensure on‑time deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners to manage shipments, returns and sample requests.
  • Update and maintain client databases and CRM records.
  • Assist in sales reports, product catalog updates and market research for potential clients or distributors.
  • Provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal sales and communication processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • French language skills are a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, reliability and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, export order management or customer service is a plus.
