• Availability to work in weekly rotatory shifts covering CCP operations from 08:30 to 19:30.
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in the financial sector, preferably in back office or operational area.
• Good command of English and Spanish (minimum B2 level writing and speaking).

Clearing Operation Specialist

Madrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 7546

As a Clearing Operations Specialist in the helpdesk area you will take a central role in onboarding and termination processes and support on testing and daily queries from members and other infrastructures. It encompasses the key responsibility for customer satisfaction in terms of operational end-to-end delivery. On this team you will work under a flexible hybrid model (40% of remote working and 60% in the office).

What You Will Do

• Act as liaison with members, regulators and other infrastructures within BME
• Management and maintenance of clearing accounts
• Management of audits and due diligences
• Support to members during onboarding and termination processes
• Management and maintenance of testing environment
• Support to members on testing and production

What You Bring

• Availability to work in weekly rotatory shifts to cover the CCP operations 08:30h to 19:30h.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Similar, and a Postgraduate studies in Financial Markets will be an asset
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in the financial sector, preferably in back office or operational area
• Minimum knowledge of financial instruments or derivative products and of the functioning of a CCP (Margins, Clearing members)
• Good command of English and Spanish (minimum B2 level writing and speaking) and advanced Office skills
• Thorough, proactive and decisive person, with good communication and teamwork skills
