This visionary leader will partner with the EMEA CEO to drive growth and operational excellence. Responsible for attracting, retaining, engaging, and developing 80,000 talented people delivering outstanding third-party customer experience and 10,000 support and corporate staff, you will immerse yourself in the business to create practical, evidence-based plans that add value through people and technology.

As the Chief People Officer EMEA , you will lead operational excellence and long-term transformation to develop and extend the company's value proposition. Your mission is to inspire, empower, and lead a diverse workforce across EMEA. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the people strategy with ambitious growth targets, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement hiring and retention strategies to meet evolving client needs.
• Lead the development of new skills and operational effectiveness with technology and AI that adds value to clients and colleagues.
• Lead and develop an EMEA-wide people and HR team, including North and South Africa and the Middle East.
• Implement insightful people analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce management.
• Partner with regional leaders to develop innovation and sustainable transformation.

Who You Are :

Proven track record of leading the people agenda for organizations with large numbers of customer-facing employees.

Experience working with a commercial and strategically oriented CEO.

Strong understanding of leveraging analytics and technology.

Ability to develop talent attraction and employee engagement strategies that foster people-centric transformation.

An influential C-suite communicator who can inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.
