Overview

A decentralised finance protocol is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to define its voice, shape its brand, and drive adoption of its programmable basket token standard. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of DeFi and institutional finance—ideal for a strategic storyteller who thrives in fast-moving, experimental environments. You’ll lead marketing across product, partnerships, and culture, positioning the protocol as the category-defining leader in tokenized funds.

Location: Remote – UK preferred, open to top talent across Europe. Employment type: Full-Time. Seniority: Senior Leadership. Focus: Brand, Narrative & Ecosystem Strategy. Compensation: Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr; Competitive Pay + Equity/Token Allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define brand and positioning across DeFi and institutional audiences
