• Lead and manage a small kitchen team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, quality control, and adherence to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior staff to plan menus and production schedules as needed.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid work permit
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as CDP or Kitchen Manager
• English level B2 or higher
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Able to work with young Gen Y & Z students
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
