About this role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our HR team as a Learning & Development Analyst. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping and supporting strategies that drive employee growth and enhance organizational performance.

This role will focus on analyzing data, identifying learning trends, and generating insights to improve the effectiveness of our development programs. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work across teams and departments in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect, analyze, and report on data related to learning and development programs. Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Program Support : Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs. Ensure programs align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Gap Analysis : Evaluate the existing skills and competencies of employees and identify gaps. Provide recommendations for training and development to bridge these gaps.
  • Communication : Support the creation and distribution of internal communications related to learning and development initiatives. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all messaging.
  • Onboarding Support : Assist in the development and enhancement of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
  • Technology Utilization : Leverage digital tools and platforms to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. Support the digitalization of internal training programs.
  • Continuous Learning : Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Well-being and Resilience : Support the incorporation of well-being and resilience training into learning and development programs to help employees manage stress and maintain work-life balance.
  • Leadership Development : Assist in the development of leadership training programs to prepare employees for future leadership roles.
  • Best Practices : Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. Propose their application within the organization.
