Business Strategy and Responsibilities

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will engage in challenging projects, develop new skills, and grow your international professional career. Examples include:

  1. Launching or opening operations in new countries.
  2. Evolving and implementing Go-To-Market strategies in new markets.
  3. Collaborating with country top management to design and implement local commercial strategies.
  4. Developing new sales channels and strategic alliances across countries.
  5. Creating strategies for new adjacent business opportunities.
  6. Innovating product development and sales approaches.
  7. Supporting product pilots and feedback processes.
  8. Enhancing value for existing clients and expanding service offerings.
  9. Testing and implementing new pricing strategies organization-wide.
  10. Leading global HR strategies, including initiatives like People Analytics, Diversity & Inclusion, and organizational excellence.
  11. Supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer with various activities and presentations.
