KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Background in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with an excellent track record
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant management consulting experience
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
