The Role

As a Business Development Representative Lead at INFINIT, you will take on a hybrid player coach position. You will continue to generate new business opportunities, run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, and contribute pipeline while also leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives.

You will play a critical role in shaping our top-of-funnel engine: refining prospecting strategy, improving outreach quality, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless handoff to Account Executives. This role is ideal for a top-performing BDR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to elevate others and help scale a world-class revenue organization.

What do we want to achieve together?
  • Lead by example by running high-quality outbound outreach across cold calls, email campaigns, social selling, and video messaging.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BDRs, providing day-to-day coaching on calls, messaging, qualification, and objection handling.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, live call sessions, skill-building workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and optimize team metrics (productivity, conversion rates, meeting quality, outbound touchpoints). Build scalable outbound strategies, workflows, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define KPIs, territory assignments, lead routing, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer obsession.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth handoff processes between BDRs and Account Executives.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • 2+ years in telesales, sales development, BDR, or customer-facing roles (SaaS a plus). Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a strong phone presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, coach teammates, or contribute to process improvement.
  • Strong motivational and communication skills to elevate team performance.
  • Data-driven approach to diagnosing performance gaps and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Ability to balance individual contribution with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Builder mentality, capable of creating structure, documentation, and repeatable systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales tech.
