A recruitment and business development firm is seeking a Sales Development Partner in Madrid, Spain. The role focuses on opening doors with target companies and involves executing outreach to book meetings. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in sales development and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Generous commission structure based on successful hires or projects; flexible remote work model within Europe is available.

Open doors
with target companies (CEOs, HR / TA Leaders, Division Heads) via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions.
Run a simple, value-first outreach: short discovery, map pain points, and book meetings for our team.
Coordinate intro calls, proposals, and follow-ups with Humansforce consultants.
Share market signals (open roles, reorganisations, expansion) to sharpen campaigns.
3–7+ years in new-business / sales development / partnership sales (agency, SaaS, or services).
Comfortable with prospecting and executive conversations; concise writer.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
English and Spanish fluency
German a plus.
Independent, trustworthy, and outcome-driven.
Commission-only (freelance / independent contractor).
Generous commissions on every signed client and successful hire / project.
How success looks like :
2 positions means a commission of 5,000 - 8,000 EUR.
Clear ICP & messaging, proven outreach templates, and case snippets.
Fast pre-sales support (joint calls, proposals, pricing).
Simple process & CRM; quick payment on cleared invoices.
Freelance / autónomo (invoice us; flexible hours; remote within Europe).
