About the role :
Leads the strategic marketing and brand positioning for the Core and ABR portfolios and is accountable for the growth and profitability of her portfolio across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
Translates business objectives into bold, market-ready activations that strengthen brand equity and accelerate commercial outcomes. Drives disciplined cross-functional collaboration, working across internal teams such as Sales Training, Commercial, MLR, Demand Planning and MedEd, to ensure all initiatives are execution-ready and aligned to business goals.
Partners closely with the OUS Operational Marketing Manager to ensure tools and strategies are locally relevant and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive brand-led growth by proactively partnering with -and when needed, challenging- country GMs to align territory execution with Core & ABR revenue goals, driving sustainable portfolio performance.
- Define and champion the global positioning and growth strategy for Core & ABR, grounded in market trends, competitor dynamics, and commercial priorities.
- Define content, messaging, and execution-ready toolkits (playbooks, collateral, guidelines) and ensure timely, compliant delivery through close coordination with Medialab and MLR teams.
- Lead the MLR (Medical Legal Regulatory) risk-assessment process for all Core & ABR marketing materials to identify compliance issues, challenging overly rigid requirements, and driving timely decisions that balance regulatory integrity with critical business needs.
- Partner with launch teams (Commercial, Events, Sales Training) to ensure on-time, on-target product and campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate demand planning for marketing materials by defining required SKUs based on market needs, gathering volume forecasts via the Operational Marketing Manager, assessing feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and liaising with Demand Planning to align production plans.
- Manage the assigned marketing budget and performance metrics, driving ROI-focused prioritization and delivering actionable insights.
Main Stakeholders :
- OUS Marketing Sr. Director : Direct manager and strategic partner guiding portfolio vision, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
- OUS Operational Marketing Manager : Core partner for local market coordination; gathering insights, validating needs, aligning volume forecasts, and supporting execution readiness.
- OUS Commercial GMs : Engage in a structured cadence -set by the Marketing Sr. Director- to align on performance, share progress, and gather market insights. Ensures exposure to key stakeholders while preserving clear communication channels and accountability.
- Medialab : Coordinate timely delivery of execution-ready toolkits and content assets; ensure alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- MLR Team : Partner to identify and assess compliance risks, advocate for market-relevant messaging, and drive timely, business-balanced decisions.
- Demand Planning : Owner of the transversal project of consolidating Demand Planning of the Marketing materials for OUS. Inform on SKU / specification needs for marketing materials based on commercial priorities and team up with OUS Operational Marketing to define volume, timing feasibility and impact on local P&Ls to ensure alignment with company / market needs.
- ABR Champion : Leverage his deep ABR knowledge and commercial leadership by collaborating on strategic messaging and go-to-market plans, providing dedicated marketing support to amplify his efforts and drive portfolio success.
- Sales Training, MedEd & Events Teams (as applicable) : Align on training needs, educational tools, and strategic event presence to support key market objectives and campaign execution.
Requirements :
- University Degrees in Marketing or Business Administration; nice to have Master or MBA.
- 10+ years of experience in similar or relevant role.
- English C2 plus any other european language.
- Travel availability.
