In Product is partnered with an ambitious Fin-Tech company that has established products in multiple countries across Europe. They have launched multiple new product lines within customer facing brands, positioning them to create innovative financial products for consumers. This business is positioned for significant growth in headcount and customers over the next year. As a Brand Lead you will thrive in ambiguity and excel in creating clarity for your specialist team.

Brand Lead - Remote with occasional European travel - Experience Building Consumer Brands - Up to £100,000 per year plus Benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented creative team (Social Media Manager, Content Designers, Videographers, Marketing Designers) and define a clear Brand and Content strategy.
  • Own the development and execution of brand and content strategies that hit growth targets, drive key metrics, and speak to customers at every stage of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with an inspiring Senior Leadership team that values fast action, clarity, and a mix of creativity with commercial performance.
  • Manage a significant budget and deliver Digital, Out-of-Home, Paid Social, Email & CRM, Content Marketing, and Influencer campaigns, aligned with major product launches and announcements planned in the next six months.
  • Contribute to shaping the brand during a period of rapid experimentation and autonomous work style.
