How you will make a difference

As our BDR Manager you’ll combine strategy with hands‑on execution, shaping the outbound engine while coaching your team every day. You’ll help reps break into mid‑size and large accounts across DACH, France/Belgium, Southern Europe, the Netherlands, and Nordics, bringing your expertise in EMEA outreach and passion for ICP‑driven personalised prospecting to every interaction.

What You Will Lead
  • 1. Outbound and Pipeline Growth
    • Lead a high-performing BDR team focused on outbound pipeline generation across EMEA.
    • Build standards for ICP clarity, personalisation and local market relevance.
    • Ensure the team consistently meets SAL, opportunity, and pipeline goals.
  • 2. Coaching and People Development
    • Operate as a player‑coach, joining calls and reviewing sequences with reps.
    • Run weekly 1:1s and structured coaching focused on skills, quality, and performance.
    • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • 3. EMEA Regional Expertise
    • Guide reps on how to prospect effectively in different European markets.
    • Ensure all outreach reflects local buying behaviours, languages, and expectations.
  • 4. Process, Playbooks and Structure
    • Build and refine messaging, sequences, and prospecting frameworks.
    • Establish clear operating rhythms and enforce strong CRM and SAL discipline.
    • Create a scalable structure for daily/weekly/quarterly operating rhythms.
    • Ensure top‑class CRM hygiene, SAL quality, and pipeline discipline.
  • 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales to ensure clean handoffs and clear pipeline visibility.
    • Collaborate with Ops to improve tools, reporting and workflow efficiency.
    • Partner with Marketing to optimise inbound conversion.
  • 6. Data and Performance Insight
    • Own KPIs including activities, SALs, conversion rates and pipeline value.
    • Provide insights that anticipate risks and uncover opportunities.
