What You’ll Do

Gain access to and manage relationships with customer technical staff to understand their requirements and challenges proficiently.

Build stable working relationships and network cross-functionally to increase perspective.

Develop your skills to secure and maintain the attention of stakeholders and influencers at the customer.

Demonstrate a solid awareness of Boomi’s Value Pillars and incorporate them into dialog with prospects.

Confidently execute solution demos based on a customer centric methodology and translating business outcomes into customer language.

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, leveraging your end-to-end Boomi platform knowledge in proof of concepts, trial runs and public tenders.

Actively engage in depositioning the competition by recognizing business objectives and demonstrate how Boomi does it better.

Collaborate with other sales engineers, leaders, and cross-functional technical groups to ensure a consistent and effective approach.

Participate in events and training to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

The Experience You Bring

2+ years of experience in a relevant client-facing field or role, e.g. presales or consulting.

Well-developed presentation skills with experience delivering demonstrations that show how a platform can help a prospect with their core business objectives.

The ability to respond well to coaching while developing confidence in decision-making and managing internal resources.

A developing ability to prioritize appropriately and problem-solve prior to escalation.

Experience building stable working relationships within your team and networking cross-functionally to increase your perspective.

A natural passion for creative problem-solving and a curiosity to understand how things work is a must have.

Proven record of diving into complex technology solutions, architectures and building up expert knowledge around those.

Natural awareness of how to build professional relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers

Must Have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages : Dutch, Italian, or German.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferrably in a technical domain such an Engineering, or Software related field.

Nice to Have

Integration experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS and others is also an advantage.

Significant advantage : experience with other iPaaS, API Management, or Master Data Management vendors.
