Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un rol de ventas o atención al cliente.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
• Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
• Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive xcskxlj store environment
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Monday to Sunday

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
• Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
