Overview

ASSISTANT, IE University

Vice-rectorate for Academic Affairs

Tasks :

  • Assist in the processes of the official Programs and in the processes of the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System related to all the University Programs.
  • Provide technical management and coordination support on a cross-cutting basis in all the activities carried out by the Department.

Responsibilities

Key action areas :

  • Coordinate and manage internal follow-up processes of University’s Programs.
  • Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System.
  • Manage the documentation submission to official bodies (Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, ACSUCYL, etc.), as well as other information required at different times of the academic year.
  • Design, develop, and update documents in English and/or Spanish related to the Vice-rectorate needs.
  • Assist the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and the Director of Quality and Accreditation.

Qualifications

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Teamworking, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish for administrative and legal documents.
  • Experience in project management and document management, related to Public Administration, is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems.
