Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for achieving an optimal sales level for our product range and for the store team management.
- Provide support to the store manager in tracking sales and inventory, and help improve store layout and shelves to optimise sales.
- Together with the team, ensure necessary progress on cleanliness and store appearance.
- Assist with staff scheduling, manage accepted applications, and respond to questions from colleagues or customers to create an at-home feeling for everyone.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in retail
- Ability to work full-time
- Available to work five days a week, often including weekends and rotating shifts
- Driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to motivate the team
