About your day-to-day:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer with a strong product-oriented mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies. Proficiency in FastAPI for some backend development and a keen ability to evaluate and integrate third-party models tailored to specific use cases are essential for this role.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products utilizing LLMs, TTS, and STT technologies.

• Help on the implementation of backend services using FastAPI to support AI functionalities.

• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models, selecting optimal solutions for diverse use cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with product goals and user needs.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and robustness of AI systems in production environments.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to inform product development strategies.

This is for you if you have:

• Over 3 years of experience training and deploying LLMs.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying LLMs, TTS, and STT models.

• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and integrate third-party AI models effectively.

• Strong understanding of AI model evaluation metrics and deployment best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for AI solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to product development.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
