A leading company in web technologies seeks an Agile Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations among developer teams, foster a positive culture and utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project progression. What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a talented and experienced hands-on Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) to focus on making things happen and ensuring the teams have everything they need to succeed. As an ADM, you will excel at managing the developer teams and the implementation and delivery of the dev work from the specification to launching on production. You will also coordinate across multiple departments to remove any impediments or blockers. You will be working hand to hand with the Product Manager to assure high quality deliveries.
If the ADM detects that a process is slowing down a team, you can propose changes to ensure the teams can perform at the highest level. You will do everything in your power to ensure a positive atmosphere where everyone thrives in a good work culture.
Furthermore, since the ADM has a much broader view of the entire organization, you will be an expert communicator, capable of addressing different audiences across multiple departments and stakeholders, with the overarching goal of leading the teams to success and continuous improvement.
In addition to the technical aspects of the role, the ADM is expected to motivate and manage agile teams daily - overseeing task and board management, blocker reviews, and task delivery overruns. You will assist in team development across functions such as design, product, and development, while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing impediments to their work, and mentoring and developing team members.
