You'll set up and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and research the Korean market trends. A strong background in iGaming affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, and a network within the Southeast Asian market are essential. This remote-first position offers flexibility in work location.

Job Description

Attract, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners

Set up and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum performance

Analyze campaign data and implement improvements

Research local affiliate markets and trends

Review and proofread creatives in local languages when required

Qualifications

Proven track record in iGaming affiliate marketing

Strong network within the Southeast Asian affiliate market

Fluency in English and Korean

Hands-on experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models

Familiarity with local traffic sources and acquisition strategies

Understanding of S2S tracking (advantageous)

Solid knowledge of competitors and market dynamics
