The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in IT service or application management, including at least 3 years with Mendix or similar low-code platforms. SEEKING : Additional Mendix Support (AM AD-Rollen)

We are looking for a professional with Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT service or application management within complex enterprise environments.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix or similar low‑code platforms
• Technical troubleshooting and application support expertise
• Basic understanding of business processes supported on Mendix
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies for IT service management.
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality data privacy and compliance standards.

LANGUAGE

• Spanish
• English - C1 (Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken form).
