Are you a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager with a keen eye for detail? ALL4, a leading environmental consulting firm, is seeking a talented individual to join our team in our Madrid office . This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and evaluate our day-to-day accounting activities for our Spanish and Mexican operations.

As our Accounting Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. If you're ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a professional, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

• Banking : Gain access to and monitor activities for all Spain and Mexico bank accounts.
• Cash Reporting and Forecasting : Complete weekly cash reporting and forecasting templates provided by the ALL4 Finance team.
• Accounts Payable : Coordinate the processing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR) : Provide support and / or help process monthly and other invoices to clients; receive and post payments to client accounts.
• Purchase Order (PO) Management : Log and file client POs in the system as received for invoicing purposes.
• Credit Card Entries : Work with the ALL4 Accounting Manager to record credit card transactions and ensure timely payments (if necessary).
• Payroll : Support the HR Generalist in payroll production (serving as a backup) and collaborate with the ALL4 Accounting Manager to record payroll activities in the company’s books and records.
• Month-End Close and Reporting : Record revenue and expense activities to the company’s books and records to complete the company’s month-end closing process, including completing bank and other balance sheet reconciliations / validations.
• Record Keeping : Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• Proven working experience as an Accountant or Accounting Supervisor .
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English (B2 / C1 minimum).
