Formación

• At least 5 years' relevant experience in medium to large organization.

Conocimientos

Fixed Assets specialization

IFRS and US GAAP technical knowledge

Our client is a US listed global leader who has been growing in size and in sophistication and has 20 units in its network throughout Europe. They are seeking an Accountant to take ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end process for fixed assets accounting, holding entities accounting, and to serve as the backup for the Senior Financial Accountant.

Role Description

As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the month end financial reporting procedures, preparing all journals and reconciliations, and working with the Senior Financial Controller and FP&A on the Budgeting and Forecasting for the holding entities. You will also lead the fixed assets capitalization process, assuring USGAAP reporting and Local tax compliance, as well as serve as the backup for the Senior Financial Accountant.

Must Have Skills

• Fixed Assets specialisation
• At least 5 years\' relevant experience in medium to large organization
• IFRS and US GAAP technical knowledge
• Experience working in a SOX environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree with CA, CPA or similar qualification
• Experience using Oracle Accounting software
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
