Una empresa líder en tecnología y servicios está buscando un Account Manager para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona. Este rol híbrido implica la gestión de socios y la identificación de nuevas oportunidades en el sector tecnológico. Se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés y alemán, junto con experiencia en ventas técnicas. Ofrecemos un contrato a tiempo completo con un salario competitivo y un entorno de trabajo que fomenta el desarrollo profesional.

Formación

  • Bilingüe o competente en alemán con inglés avanzado.
  • Dos años de experiencia técnica en ventas preferida.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión del pipeline de socios y detección de nuevas oportunidades.
  • Crear lealtad entre los socios y fomentar competencias en productos.
  • Colaborar para impulsar ingresos mediante campañas y cierre de oportunidades.

What you will do in this role

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate
  • Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
  • Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs
  • Work together with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure) and other methods
  • Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary
  • Work closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
  • May attend country partner events for meeting key partners

  • Are bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English
  • Have two years of related technical sales experience preferred
  • Are familiar with channel programs
  • Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skillsWork toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritize
  • Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors
