Formación

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (at least B2 level).

Position: Account Manager (Dutch)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone
  • Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when
    necessary
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress
  • Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals
    are technically and commercially sound
  • Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • B2B sales experience is essential
  • Solid sales background is needed
  • Accounting management experience is needed
  • Previous experience working with channel is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization
  • Good computer skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
